Even Old New York was once New Amsterdam.

This shot really does look like a shot from Amsterdam. Especially the big window in the top floor of the tan building in the middle. All the canal houses in A'town have a big removable window and a winch and pully hanging from the roof eve because the stairways are so damn narrow you'd be limited to inflatable furniture if they didnt have it. I'm going there Sunday. I'll see if I can get a picture that looks just like this one
