I guess this is some kind of tour boat where folks can pay a price and get drunk and silly and cruise around, hopefully not crashing into the gargantuan cruise ships.

I've been on it, it was one hell of a boat ride! You get incredibly drunk and incredibly silly... and I got incredibly sick, but definately worth it! So much fun
