White Mountain National Forest, NH, October 2002

We were only a few minutes into our journey when a gang of moose began to saunter across the busy highway. Soon after, dozens of cars were parked every which way and gawkers with cameras were out in force. Yes I was one of them but I was the first, thanks to Meagan's observant eye.

hmm, well.... I meant the 2nd day of the journey i guess. got to NH in the evening, this was the next morning. dig?
